Built by the Duke Ferdinand III and the Duchess Giovanna Tolfa as a funerary chapel of the Orsini family between 1649 and 1654, it presents, externally, a unique portal with a tympanum on which there are two skeletons. Inside, a painting by Francesco Guarino is contained into a eighteenth-century gilded wooden frame. The high altar has a frontal polychrome marble consecrated in 1675 by Cardinal Orsini. In the chapel is the tomb of Duke Ferdinand III and an eighteenth century organ.
