Piazza del Ferrarese is a small square overlooking the Emperor Augustus Promenade, opposite the old port, on the southern edge of the old town. Characteristic and suggestive, especially at night, since it is possible to see a wonderful view of sea.
Recently, traces of the Via Appia-Traiana (built by the Romans at the beginning of the second century AD) have been put in the light, under the paving of the square.
