It was founded in 1924 by Carlo Santi and Renato Guazzi. The business location was already moved in 1925 from number 55 to 65/67. In 1927, they opened a branch in Piazza San Giovanni, which closed in 1955 and moved to Via di Calzoleria, 17/19. In 1998, both locations closed and the current store was opened.
