Our class, conveniently located at Via Antonio di Vincenzo, 50 (a short stroll from the train station and city center), begins with the rich aroma of simmering ragù. Then, it's on to the artistry of creating perfect tortelloni and tagliatelle. Over approximately three hours, you'll learn, create, and savor the fruits of your labor, accompanied by a delightful bottle of wine. Families are most welcome! Aprons and all necessary ingredients are provided. And as a delightful keepsake, you'll receive a digital copy of the recipes to recreate the magic at home.
