Set in La Soffritta, a modern and welcoming cooking school designed to feel just like a real home kitchen, this class brings you straight into the heart of Bolognese culinary tradition.
You'll start by making fresh pasta from scratch, using spinach to create the classic green sheets that define the traditional recipe. Knead, roll, and shape the dough while discovering the little secrets behind a perfect lasagna. Next, whip up a creamy béchamel and a rich Bolognese ragù, then layer everything together into your lasagna, ready for the oven.
With the lasagna in the oven, turn your attention to gelato: one or two homemade flavors made with seasonal ingredients, no experience needed.
While everything comes together, sit back and enjoy a traditional aperitivo with local cheese and cured meats, and of course some natural, biodynamic wine from a local km0 producer: fresh, easy-drinking, and just as enjoyable in summer as it is in winter.
