It is to be counted among the few public buildings of the fourteenth or fifteenth century, with the facade blackened by time and the colonnade of the courtyard equipped with sandstone capitals, signed with the coat of arms of the family that built them: that of the Marquis Bergonzi.
In 1885 the building was bought by Count Raffaele Boselli fu Antonio and in 1917 passed to his son Count Franco. Currently it belongs to the co-heirs children and to some individuals, and is under restoration since 2007.
