Commissioned by marquis Gian Francesco Corradi Cervi to parmesan architect Domenico Cossetti, an apprentice of Petitot, the palace was built between 1794 and 1797. The main features of its facade are several windows and a balcony with banisters and two Corinthian columns.
Inside, a gallery with barrel vault can boast classic stuccos while in the inner court a sculpture by Tommaso Bandini depicting Innocence (1832) is set on a marble fountain.
