It was built in the mid-15th century and intended for the Order of the Gesuati. The portal is surmounted by a polychrome terracotta lunette depicting the Madonna and Child between Saints Peter and Jerome, dating back to the early 16th century. Of the loggia in front of it - demolished in the early 19th century during the reorganization of this area of the city - only two corbels remain. Inside, there is no trace of the original layout, annulled by a complete restructuring in the 18th century. Closed to worship, it is destined to be used as an auditorium (Teatro di San Girolamo) annexed to the Teatro del Giglio.
