The Fondaco dell Farina is a small open space not far from the Church of San Leonardo, within the walls of the ancient village. All the flour and cereals produced by the mills in the surrounding area arrived here, and the goods were weighed before being subjected to customs duty. Not far away, along Via Cannavina, it is still possible to see the "Mezzacanna", the official measure of the time used by customs officers.
