Welcome in Apulia: the “heel of the Italian boot”. I live in the sunny and windy Salento: the southern and peninsular part of the region.
We are the Eastern Italian region, right in the middle of the Mediterranean sea with culture and traditions that are a results of the different influences, trades and dominations.First of all I’m a traveler (for leisure and work) and I like to know foreign countries and their culture, customs, food, etc.

I have been working in tourism for about 15 years in different sectors: tour operator specialized in charming accommodation and special interest travels, MICE (meeting, incentive, congress and event), team building and leisure activities, destination marketing, professional training.
I’m a licensed tourist guide in Apulia region and a licensed tour leader for the whole Italy and Europe.
I’m passionate about my region and I like to share our wonderfull attractions and culture with other people.
Apulia is an “easy region”: the weather is quite warm all year long (the best time to come is from March to November but it’s worth to come also in winter time), people is friendly, there are always lots of events and things to do and the our Mediterranean diet is healthy and tasty for everybody (you will be spoilt for choice among meat, fish, pasta, rice, legumes, vegetables and fruit recipes).

Travelers who come for the first time in Apulia usually are fascinated by the Apulian day light and the colours of the seaside and the countryside.
