About this tour
This Tuscany cooking class with a market tour begins at a local bar, where the chef meets you over a coffee and something sweet for breakfast. From there you head to a farmer's market and pick the produce for the day, guided by what the season has on offer. You and the chef decide the menu together, so the shopping and the cooking are one continuous plan.
With the bags full, you go back to the Kitchen Studio and cook step by step. In the kitchen you prepare an appetizer and a pair of different pastas, with a professional chef beside you at every stage. Glasses of wine from the Cantina accompany the work, and a wine pairing follows when the plates reach the table.
