Located in the city center, in Palladio square, under a porch in front of the majestic Palladian Basilica, the pastry shop Sorarù is a historic temple of taste in Vicenza.
You can not sit inside, which is quite narrow and furnished with carved wooden furniture that refer to the coffee shops of the nineteenth century, but standing next to the counter (or sitting at tables set out on the porch during the summer) you can taste delicious pastries, both sweet and savory, aromatic pastries and cakes that make your mouth watering just looking at them.
Recommended pastries with almonds and cinnamon, pistachio mignon, sugared almonds and candied orange peel covered with dark chocolate.
