About this tour

This pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Bari takes place in an award-winning, family-owned restaurant near the beach, about 500 metres from Bari Vecchia. You are greeted with a glass of Prosecco while the instructor gives an overview and starts on the secrets of an authentic tiramisu, which you then make from scratch.

Next comes the fresh pasta, with the techniques that make a dish work. All the equipment and ingredients are provided, so you only need to follow along and get your hands dirty.

Once both dishes are ready you sit down and eat what you have made, with three glasses of local wine, talking with the other participants and the instructor about Italian food and about Bari. The class closes with a coffee or a limoncello, and you take home the recipes to repeat the dishes for friends and family.

  • Cooking class with an instructor
