From 1859 until today a family of artists has been producing stained glass in the historic center of Perugia. Founded by Francesco Moretti and his nephew Ludovico Caselli, the workshop was carried on by Rosa and Cecilia Caselli, who took on their father’s legacy and then passed the business on to Anna Falsettini, their granddaughter. Today Maddalena Forenza, Anna’s daughter, continues to create the stained glass works using the techniques of her ancestors. The Moretti Caselli studio is located in one of the 15th-century residences of the Baglioni family. Taking a journey into the history of the past can be done by making reservations for a guided tour.
