For three generations Salumeria De Carne selects different meats produced in Noci, local olive oil, pickles of Salento, orecchiette, typical Bari's taralli, bronze-cut pasta, fresh pasta and stuffed pasta. Famous for its beef carpaccio, culatello ham and mozzarella. Among cheeses also Fossa cheese, Caciocavallo cheese and cheese with herbs, served with sauces and finely crafted mustards.
