Angelo Di Donato's shop is a temple of cheeses and typical Sienese cured meats, always of excellent quality. You will always find the typical Tuscan DOP prosciutto, salami and Tuscan salami, finocchiona, capocollo, buristo, gota and guanciale, Cinta Senese salami, cooked salami, wild boar... delicious ingredients ready to fill your sandwiches. The cheeses are also special, especially the pecorino cheeses and dried ricotta. There are also dessert options: from tiramisu made with cantucci biscuits and Vin Santo, to ravaggiolo with jam or figs and walnuts, ending with the famous “Dol…cino”, made with fresh ricotta and panpepato.
