The Forno delle Campane was established in the historic center of Siena in the years leading up to World War II. Taken over in the early 1970s by Isemo Fabbri, a baker since 1945, it is now a company run by his children in new workshops where production is carried out using traditional methods and recipes. The new shop is located at Via di Salicotto 23, 50 meters from Piazza del Campo, in the shadow of the Torre del Mangia.
