Built in the 18th century, the church has a central plan; in the two side chapels there are the tombs of the two saints from Piacenza Franca and Raimondo. Though recent, its name enables to connect it with an important page of medieval history, when Raimondo Palmerio, after living as a pilgrim in Palestine, founded a hospice once back in Piacenza.
