It originated around 1889, belonged to the family of the same name and was later left to the municipality by Corinna Trossi Uberti with the obligation to establish an academy there. The villa houses portraits of Corinna Trossi and Dino Uberti and his mother, painted by Vittorio Cavalieri, as well as some paintings executed by Dino Uberti himself. It is surrounded by a romantic-style park. In front of the villa's entrance, there is an elegant fountain by Valmore Gemignani, featuring a bronze faun group.
