Previously known as Palazzo Garampi (1640), it was later owned by the Baldini family (1812). The building stands out in Piazza Tre Martiri, creating a dramatic framing for the clock tower (1547, rebuilt in 1759 with the clock dating back to 1562).
The palace, reconstructed by brothers Alessandro and Ruggero Baldini, counts (the latter, it is worth mentioning, was one of the most active promoters of Rimini's beach life), hosted numerous prominent figures such as: D'Azeglio, Mamiani, Verdi, Minghetti, Lamarmora, Gioberti, Cardinal Bonaparte, Prince Umberto of Savoy, and Amedeo, Duke of Aosta.
