Following the scenic route, you'll leave the bustling streets of Lucca behind, avoiding local traffic, and pedal along the serene Puccini cycle path and the tranquil Serchio river road. Before you set off, your host will provide a thorough briefing at the shop, equipping you with a customized itinerary on a handy app, giving you the freedom to navigate at your own pace. Hop on your comfortable trekking bike (suitable for those 150 cm or taller) or e-bike (for those 155 cm or taller), complete with a phone holder, repair kit, and convenient side bag. As you pedal through the rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, the scenery unfolds, leading you to a charming winery. The warm and welcoming winemaker will greet you with a picnic box filled with local specialties and wine tastings. Find your perfect spot on the lush grass and savor your picnic, taking time to unwind in nature. Visit the cellar, and if you're a wine enthusiast, feel free to ask the winemaker about additional tastings (available at an extra cost).
