Montino's focaccina is an institution. Fill it with the ingredients you prefer, but try it at least once! Anyone knows it in Pisa. Generations of students eat in this historic place, which opened in nineteenth century as the first pizzeria in the city. In the large wood-fired oven pizzas, focaccias, chickpea cakes (the typical "cecina" of Pisa) and castagnacci are cooked.
