Discover Parma from the heart of its historic center in an intimate and well-kept venue, perfect for small groups. Here, you won't just be making pasta; you'll be experiencing an authentic moment of Parma's culinary tradition. We will welcome you with Parmigiano Reggiano and a glass of local wine to break the ice, chat, and start getting to know the sfoglina and the other participants. Then, under the guidance of an Emilian “sfoglina” (pasta maker), you’ll get your hands dirty and prepare the classic tortelli d’erbetta: from the pasta sheet to the filling, all the way to sealing them with your own hands. We'll do it all step by step, without rushing, with practical advice and a lot of attention. When the tortelli are ready, we will sit down together to enjoy them, accompanied by a traditional Parmesan dessert. It will be a simple experience, but one filled with flavor and friendly conversation among the participants. With a small group of guests, every gesture, every trick shared by the sfoglina, and every bite becomes part of the experience: you’ll learn, laugh, and savor Parma in a unique way.
