Learn about the story of this delicatessen, which dates back to the 19th century, when Tognet d’Uglot, a Garibaldi veteran returning from the Expedition of the Thousand, opened the business that has been passed down through generations ever since. For over 150 years, the family has maintained the same passion for quality, carefully selecting the finest cured meats and cheeses and celebrating the authentic flavors of the Food Valley. Today, this tradition continues in the adjoining prosciutteria, where visitors can taste the specialty products of Langhirano, a unique and world-renowned region.
