Felice Stecca, great-grandfather of the current owner, Martina Ruzza, started this historic corset shop in 1950. It's known for having every kind of corset items, from orthopaedic girdles to bras, up to garter belts, even custom-made by trusted craftsmen workshops. Martina and her mother Nives Grigolin, present at the counter since she was 12 years old, especially please shapely ladies, but the store proposes items for every size and age, and even men can find socks or girdles for them.
L'Arte del Busto is housed in a building dating back to the early 20th century, constrained by the Superintendence for the architectural patrimony, in a convenient location a short walk away from the Basilica of Saint Anthony and Prato della Valle. For this reason, the customers, attracted by the quality and beauty of the proposed items, include Paduan ladies but also many tourists, among which, for example, the Kessler twins and Maria Giovanna Elmi.
