Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class in Verona

A pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Verona is a break from sightseeing that you finish by eating. It takes place in a well-liked restaurant in the centre of town, and lasts about three hours. You are welcomed with a glass of Prosecco before going behind the scenes to see how a real Italian restaurant works.

Then you put on an apron and take your place at a workstation in the kitchen. The instructor guides you step by step through the dough for fresh pasta, which flour to choose and how pasta fresca differs from pasta secca. Once the pasta is done, you move on to making the tiramisu.
