The facade of the church of San Domenico draws the Romanesque style of the Cathedral, with the rose surrounded by four figures. The St. Michael the Archangel statue, symbol of paradise, appears on top of the rose, which represents the wheel of fortune. The actual entrance portal was built in 1661.
The interior, extensively remodeled in 1744, is decorated with plaster stucco. Worthy of note is the chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary, polychrome stone statues depicting "St. Peter Martyr" in 1520 and "Our Lady of Health" in 1518, made by the master Stefano from Putignano, and numerous well-made paintings including the 'Annunciation of the Conversi and Sacred Domitius Persio family.
Next to the church stands proudly the old convent, which now hosts the Prefecture.
