About this tour
This kayak tour to the Devil's Bridge, the Ponte della Maddalena at Borgo a Mozzano, is a relaxed paddle through the nature and history of Tuscany, and it finishes right at the bridge. It is planned for families, and young and old can take part together.
The guides are licensed and speak Italian and English. Along the stretch, if the river allows it, they explain and let you try other water activities such as diving and short water trials, none of them compulsory. The group is a large one.
You can paddle in Tuscany all year round, and the difficulty changes with the season. You can go out in the rain too: the wetsuits keep out the cold in cooler weather and feel refreshing in summer. The outing lasts about two and a half hours.
- Kayak, paddle, helmet and buoyancy aid
- Licensed bilingual guides
- Amateur photos and videos, free at the end of the activity
Swimsuits and towels are not provided, so bring your own. The tour is not open to children under 4, non-swimmers, pregnant women, people over 70 or over 110 kg, or people with recent surgery.
