We will meet on my estate among olive trees and wheat fields, get to know each other, and then start the fresh pasta lesson, which will last about an hour and a half, during which you will prepare your own pasta. A few moments of relaxation in which you can take souvenir photos immersed in nature, surrounded by warm light and the sunset, perfect as a memento of your stay in Puglia and of this enriching experience. Then a food tasting will begin, featuring extra virgin olive oil produced by us and delicious appetizers, along with wine that will accompany the main course: the pasta we prepared together.
