From there, we'll pedal to the enchanting town of Locorotondo, nestled in the heart of the Itria Valley. Here, we'll mingle with locals and visit a family-run deli, where Giovanni's freshly baked Apulian focaccia awaits us. Savor the flavors of this regional specialty, paired with your choice of cured meats, cheeses, and a glass of fine wine or a refreshing drink. Next, we'll make a sweet stop at Maria's bakery, where the aroma of freshly baked almond cookies will tempt your taste buds.
