Before taking the plunge, we'll have a fun and informative introductory lesson. You'll learn the fundamental rules of diving, safety protocols, and how to use the equipment like a pro. We'll also practice key skills, such as clearing your mask underwater and sharing your air supply. After the theory, we will head to the dive spot inside Porto Cesareo's marine reserve. Once geared up (equipment is included!), we'll descend into the sea for a 30-minute dive to a maximum depth of 8 meters. Get ready for a rush of new sensations!
