Details
We will knead together and learn how to make orecchiette, the traditional handmade pasta from Salento, using stone-ground wholegrain flour from the Castiglione mill. Once cooked, we’ll enjoy them with a traditional aperitivo featuring excellent local wine, homemade desserts, and liqueurs prepared by Vittoria.
Everything takes place around a long convivial table in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request in advance. We speak Italian, English, and German.
