No prior experience is necessary, and our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way. Imagine exploring the stunning coastline between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, just 30 kilometers south of Bari. This picturesque area of the Apulian Riviera boasts rugged coastlines, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sea caves. Here's what you can expect: We'll meet at the diving center in Monopoli at the designated time. Our instructor will greet you, and you'll be provided with all the necessary equipment. The first part of the program focuses on the theoretical basics. You'll learn how to use the equipment, understand essential safety rules, and develop the skills you need to dive confidently. Then, it's time to put your new knowledge into practice with a shallow, 12-meter test dive. After that, we'll head to the idyllic Cala Incina, a natural open-air "pool" just 10 minutes away. As we dive, you'll marvel at the diverse marine life, including corals, sponges, and starfish, amidst the rocky seabed's ravines and caves. Keep an eye out for ancient relics and the famous Madonnina Cave. Under our instructor's watchful eye, you'll enjoy a 45-minute dive, ensuring your safety throughout. After the dive, we'll return you to the starting point, exhilarated and inspired by your underwater adventure.
