A traditional Austro-Hungarian pastry shop dating back to 1836. One of the oldest in Italy and the only one to still use the original wood-fired oven to bake its products. The furnishings and interiors are in the Liberty style of the period. It also specializes in typical Triestine desserts and, only upon request, Sicilian ones (given the owner's origins). It also offers a café service.
