The Old Porta San Donato is a gate in the ancient walls of Lucca, facing west. It was built in 1590 and remained in use for about 50 years when it was replaced by the new Porta San Donato between 1629 and 1639. It is located within the current city walls of Lucca, in Piazzale Verdi. Today, the structure houses Lucca's tourist information office.
