The Church of San Francesco Borgia (a Spanish saint born in 1510, a relative of Charles V) is characterized by its beautiful white stone facade, the work of the architect Friar Angelo Italia. Inside, it houses works of great beauty, such as the pulpit with its wooden drapery imitating fabric, the Chapel of St. Ignatius, and the Chapel of St. Francis Xavier, adorned with precious marble. Today, the church is entrusted to the Regional Superintendency for Cultural Heritage and hosts cultural events. Next to the church is the former Jesuit college.
