The primary purpose of the museum is not only to preserve, conserve and enhance the cultural heritage and artistic collections of the Fraternita, but also to disseminate, through educational activities in schools, the organization of exhibitions, conferences and conventions, and the publication of printed works, the importance and centrality of the cultural and artistic role of the Fraternita (collector and commissioner of works of art) in the history of the Arezzo region, from the late 13th century to the present day.
