Explore one of the most picturesque regions of northern Italy on a full-day sightseeing tour to the celebrities’ favorite destination of Lake Como. Visit the beautiful cities of Como and Bellagio, take a cruise on the lake, and admire the scenic views of the region. During the bus ride out from Milan, informative commentary will be given on the historical landmarks and the spectacular landscape along the way. Upon arrival in Como, take a walking tour of the scenic town center, where nature, art and local traditions collide. Learn about the many great poets and writers who have been enchanted and inspired by the beauty of Como’s villas, gardens and fairytale atmosphere. Next, climb aboard a boat for a cruise up the lake to Bellagio, known as the “Pearl of the Lake” by those in the know. Lunch is available to purchase onboard. After, head to the Sanctuary of Madonna del Ghisallo, the patron saint of cyclists.  This is one of the most famous places for cycling enthusiasts and a destination for thousands of sportsmen from all over the world. Inside the church, you will be able to admire keepsakes, iconic jerseys, and bicycles of the most loved cyclists in the world including Coppi, Bartali, Merckx, Motta, and Pantani. From November 2nd, 2023 to April 30th, 2024, the Ghisallo visit will not take place; the group will ferry from Bellagio to Cadenabbia and then return to Milan.
