Easily accessible by train from nearby cities like Modena, Bologna, and Milan, we're happy to assist with finding the best travel options if needed. Our first stop is a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm, where we'll delve into the production process and indulge in a guided tasting of this majestic cheese. You'll have the chance to capture unforgettable moments surrounded by thousands of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano. Next, we'll visit an "Acetaia" to uncover the art of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar production, accompanied by a guided tasting. Our expert local guides will share the secrets of this culinary treasure, providing valuable insights on how to impress your friends and family back home. For the final stop, choose from two exciting options: Option 1: Cured Meats Visit a "Salumificio" to learn about the production of delicious cured meats like salami, coppa, and prosciutto. Savor a selection of cured meats, depending on the season's availability. Option 2: Lambrusco & Spergola Visit a vineyard to discover the art of producing delightful wines like Lambrusco (red sparkling) and Spergola (white sparkling). Enjoy a wine tasting accompanied by nibbles. After the tour, we'll drop you off at the train station near Reggio Emilia's city center, where our expert tour leader can recommend traditional restaurants for lunch or suggest sightseeing attractions.
