Our journey will cover about 20 km (12 miles) as we depart from Alberobello, the Trulli capital, and make our way towards Locorotondo, arguably one of the most breathtaking towns in the Itria Valley. We'll mingle with the friendly locals and make a delicious pit stop at a traditional delicatessen. Here, you'll savor Giovanni's freshly baked Apulian focaccia, customized with your choice of delectable charcuterie and vegetables, all perfectly complemented by a glass of local wine or another beverage of your liking. And before we cycle back to Alberobello, we'll treat ourselves to some delightful almond cookies at Maria's bakery.
