Choose from a midday or evening class and meet your chef at the designated winery. Head into the kitchen and set about learning to make home-made pasta. Learn to knead, cut, roll, and fill ravioli, and how to mix, cut, and form dumplings, noodles, and other varieties.
The chefs’ recipes you follow are based on freshness, high-quality local ingredients, Italian traditions, and in-depth experience. Then, enjoy three varieties of pasta dish for lunch or dinner, including tortellini, ravioli, and carbonara.
After your cooking class, enjoy a tour of the wine estate and tastings of 15 of the estate’s products, including new-release and vintage wines, olive oils, and balsamic vinegar.
