Recently born, Cantina della Carne makes the Oltretorrente neighborhood more alive. It's the first ham shop in the city: not only butchery with pork and beef meat of the highest quality, bred and produced in the Parma area (the so-called Food Valley), but also a place for tasting, delicatessen in the manner of a time, workshop and living space for meetings and events, book presentations, art exhibitions, debates and educational workshops about nutrition.
