DislikedNot a great location and the hotel did not let us put on the Air Conditioner. It was high 70s outside and the room was very hot and uncomfortable. They said they don’t allow the AC for another month. What? The description of the hotel said it had AC so that was mis leading and not correct. I would have never stayed if there was no air conditioner. Unacceptable

DislikedBad breakfast , everything disappeared before 09am. No air-conditioning , no ventilation... Dirty bed shits found , marks of the make up.... Not worthied....2 rooms , 3 nights ...900 euros plus 126 EUR breakfast....

LikedGreat friendly staff. The location was excellent, extremely close to the colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I definitely would stay here again!

LikedThe sraff was amazing helpful and friendly. The room was very very small ( for 3 adults i paid) no space for even the luggage No A/c in the room they told me it was a rome city regulation that only allows ac during summer and all my friends in other hotels got AC . I got two very very hot days in rome in spring and they offered me fans but no way ac it was blocked. Brekfast was ok different options but i am gluten free and for me was very limited too many pastries

LikedOur stay was fantastic, I planned to have a valentines themed room and the girls absolutely went above and beyond. Rosa & Valeria exceeded expectations with the room and i am thankful for their customer service. I would certainly reccomend this hotel as i will be returning here in the near future!
