Dislikedour room was located facing a street. being from nyc, street noise doesn’t bother us so much. however, it was very loud: first, the after bar crowd; second, construction or what sounded like a man taking his car apart and putting it back together each night. the first was tolerable but the machine noise of the second was extreme. it was made worse by the fact that our room was very stuffy and we needed to have the window open to make it bearable. we asked for a fan (as the AC hadn’t been turned on yet, understandable in april) to get some more airflow in the room and were told they’d look into it but they never got back to us. also, we slept in one day to try and catch up on the sleep we missed the night before and left a do not disturb sign on our door. the front desk called our room to ask us if we wanted our room cleaned. when we voiced our complaints the hotel comped our bar tab, which was nice. overall, for the price we paid we regret choosing this hotel.
