Likedonly the door man they so respectful
Dislikedthe check in employee they are rude and really they acted like mafia !!! during check out i had som extras 99 euro and in the check in they where hold 200 euros . suddenly they told we need to make new transactions . because they cancelled the hold because i changed my room ! which is not ! they were laying , anyway one of them started to force me to pay i told him call the manger or the police he ignored that and laughed then he told the door man force him not to take the bags he was rude and risk lobby threatening me and other couples they have same issue

LikedAll the staff were very friendly, especially Mr.Ivan from the reception. The breakfast fast was amazing .. I’ve enjoyed staying in sofitel hotel.
