DislikedNo English channels on TV. No pool weather was warm enough.

LikedThe staff are amazing make no mistake, the great communication up to date emails etc and fast responses was very good. They are very helpful I must say. The terrace is good to have however absolutely no privacy.

DislikedThe bedding was dirty and the curtains had stained on them….the lamp practically falling off on the side bed. Bathroom was small and the room itself was very small. I was amazed at how you can hear the neighbouring rooms snore, sneeze and cough. Such thin walls. It’s quiet yess but for a very older crowd. Which there were.

DislikedPool was closed, only open for a limited season (summer months) but this wasn’t stated on the amenities listing. We got conflicting costs on airport taxi compared to our friends who stayed the same weekend. Same airport and very similar departure times. Room service only operates during restaurant hours. You have to leave the hotel if you are hungry outside of these times.

LikedWe loved the atmosphere in the hotel. The welcome was warm and throughout our stay all staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, and was serviced every day. It was comfortable and spacious. The balcony with a view of StPeters Dome was spectacular. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food.
