Hotel Delle Muse

LikedVery clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

DislikedBreakfast was pretty average and food didn't look so fresh. Of course, it wasn't bad, but I expected fresh croissant and homemade cakes, while it looked like something bought to the supermarket. Position was not so good.

LikedThe staff were welcoming and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and well equiped.

LikedStaff members were extremely friendly and helpful--exceptional! Above and beyond! It was very quiet, and very close to a bus. The little balcony was lovely. The WiFi was strong and reliable. Good selection of yogurts, cereals, milk. Nice restaurant in the hotel for dinner, good choices.

DislikedBreakfast was somewhat disappointing--cooked eggs were cold, no whole wheat or multigrain bread, fruit inadequate. Please try to cater more to vegetarians. Also, no fridge in the room was an inconvenience (although they let us use their fridge). Shower flooded easily, and only provided 2 towels for 2 people. The room was quite tiny, even after we paid extra to upgrade to a larger room.
