LikedGood and helpful staff and a nice lobby.

DislikedVery very far from everything if you don’t have a car, the room was not so nice did not match the lobby at all,and they took very long time to respond to messages.

LikedIt is a very nice hotel, the room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, they have a restaurant with an exquisite menu.

DislikedThe location, it is really far away from all the tourist sites.

DislikedThe room was extremely dark, half the lights in the room flickered continually or didn't work at all, the switches were dark in colour which made them hard to find in a dark room, and whoever thought of putting the shower in the middle of the room in a see through glass booth must have been having a breakdown of sorts absolutely ridiculous!! The hotel offered airport transfers but when I tried to book one for the return trip to the airport I was told by the chap on reception that the hotel didn't do airport transfers, the next day on check out I asked the receptionist again and she confirmed they did do airport transfers but I needed to book prior to our departure when I explained that I had tried to book but was told they didn't offer this service she offered to book us a taxi, this cost another 50 euros on top of was already a costly stay. The breakfast was limited
