The staff is very nice and helpful, especially housekeeping and kitchen. The cleaning was done carefully. Breakfast: Could be better. The only drawback of the room we stayed in was the noise of cars passing in front of the hotel. I think the windows are not good. For this reason, rooms at the back may be preferred. The hotel's location is very nice. You can take the metro train in a few minutes.

Disliked⚠️⚠️It’s bad room , so small room and toilet . so expensive if you looking for four stars don’t never booking here !!! ❌❌ The girl, whose working the reception morning time she’s unfriendly They gave me room not what I booking , they check they did wrong, but they cannot change it. They say they need to contact manager, I had 2 bad day there.

DislikedThe room was very warm, couldn’t turn the AC on. Had to sleep with my window open. I asked the receptionist how I could turn on the AC and he told me not possible and most of the guests complained. Not staying at this Hotel again.
