LikedLOvely hotel and staff. The location was excellent, near everything and on the edge of a square where there were bars and places to eat. Room was adequate but you don't need a big room as you aren't in it very much! The location is what matters. The staff were lovely and the roof top bar a bonus.

LikedExcellent location and very friendly staff. Perfectly placed for all the major attractions and plenty of food options nearby.
DislikedThe rooms are small and quite basic by modern standards. You are basically paying (a lot) for the location.

LikedThe breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Great selection of hot/cold/sweet/savory/fresh pastries/fruits/juices etc! The staff - concierge, housekeeping, breakfast buffet staff- were friendly, efficient and responsive. The hotel is centrally located which makes visiting all the desired sites so convenient and walkable. We fell in love with La Locanda del Tempio restaurant - 50 feet from the hotel! AMAZING little local place which gave us food memories we will take home!
DislikedThis is a typical European hotel…limited closet space and no drawers for folded clothes. Frustrating for we Americans who overpack but for the well-traveled not unusual!
